The power of a good combination

Nutrients have a stronger effect when used in combination than when used alone. Combining the above compounds acts on multiple underlying problems and helps repair several (or all) dysregulated processes in the brain and nervous system (Calderón-Ospina CA, 2020; Polutchko SK, 2021; Townsend JR, 2023).

Too many free radicals and reduced antioxidant capacity

Vitamin E, coenzyme Q10, acetyl-L-carnitine, curcumin, resvera- trol, garlic, and broccoli extract work together to increase anti- oxidant capacity in the brain. The B vitamins are not direct anti- oxidants, but they do increase the production of the body’s own antioxidants such as glutathione, coenzyme Q10 and carnitine.

Accumulation of neurotoxins such as heavy metals

The sulfur compounds in garlic and broccoli extract, B vitamins (especially folate, vitamins B2, B6 and B12), choline, betaine, inositol, curcumin and resveratrol stimulate the detoxification of toxins. The antioxidants vitamin E (mixed tocopherols), coen- zyme Q10 and acetyl-L-carnitine limit the harmful effects of neurotoxic substances.

Excessive inflammation

Vitamin E (mixed tocopherols), B vitamins, curcumin, resveratrol, garlic and broccoli extract work together to reduce inflamma- tion in the brain.
